Teacher Training Programme

 

The Teacher/Trainer Training Programme has been designed thinking specially of those teachers or trainers who know nothing or little about mobility projects but will want or have to start one with disadvantaged learners.

Working with and for disadvantaged beneficiaries implies TT being more prepared and better skilled for the job  because disadvantaged beneficiaries will need more from them than average learners.

 

The MOBILE Learner Training Programme offers preparation for workplacements abroad in four different modules:

 

• Module 1: Personal Skills

• Module 2: Language Skills

• Module 3: Work Placement

• Module 4: Hosting Country

 

Every module includes severel topics concerning the module`s subject. And for every topic mentioned the Learner Training Programm provides units for the Learner to work on – individually or in group work.
